    Registration

    If you are considering a career change in the manufactuting industry or wish to receive career consultation in general, please agree to the terms of use and fill out the registration form. Please attach your Japanese and English resume and Japanese Shokumukeirekisho (work history). We do not charge any fee for carrer consultation. If you are unable to attach documents, please send them via specified email address. In return we will contact you with information on scheduling for an visit.

    Consultation

    At the initial meeting with a consultant (done either face-to-face, web, or telephone), we will discuss not only about your past career, but ask you in-depth questions such as `”What kind of thoughts do you have in your work?” and “how would you like to build your career within the industry?” We will make suggestions the most suitable for you.

    Suggesting Job Positions or Creating Future Plans

    After the first session, we will make suggestions to you based on the consultation. That may be in form of job openings that would benefit your career, or if we see that you are not in a need of immediate job changing, we will give advise regarding your future career plan, such as an appropriate timing to take a next step.

    When and if necessary, we carefully make corrections to the documents we received at the time of registration. At the time of application, wil also provide advice for each company.
