I have been involved in the human resources industry for more than 15 years, gaining extensive experience as an agent specializing in the manufacturing industry. Throughout my experience i have met many top-class specialists and companies with innovative ideas and technologies, and they were fascinating to work with. `”モノづくり(Japanese for Manufacturing)” industry is full of unique tradition and culture, and I feel that what makes Japanese manufacturing industry so speacial and valuable. Throughout the history, manufacturing has contributed to the growth of Japanese ecomony, but however it is facing many difficult challenges in present day. I established Careability with a focus on overcoming such difficulties from a human resource perspective. By fusing the strong tradition and innovation of the manufacturing industry, we will demonstrate our value in order to create the future together.

After working in the renowned Recruit Groupr as an advertising sales at, Nagashima joined a major recruitment agency in 2013. She started her career as a consultant and worked her way up to become the first female director in the sales organization. Later she held responsible for the entire manufacturing and life sciences division. In March 2022 she founded Careerability. She will commitment to growth of every stakeholders in the manufacturing industry by utilizing her leadership and organization management skills.

In the dynamic and ever-changing semiconductor industry, there have been major developments in Japan since 2022. I work strategicly and flexibly in order adapting to industry trends and to maximize the potential of this industry. With my advanced English skills and global perspective which I gained from decade of experiece at USA, I have built deep connections with the world’s leading semiconductor-companies. With my rich network and insight, I strive to help Japan’s semiconductor industry further flourishing in the future.

After graduating from high school, he studied abroad in the United States and worked at a local electronic parts trading company. After returning to Japan, he spent 10 years working as an overseas sales manager for business development in European and Asian countries. In 2016, he joined a major recruitment company and gained presence in the semiconductor industry. From his second year onwards, he has consistently achieved top, if not top-class results. In 2020, he was promoted to manage the entire manufacturing division, managing it to the top in organization in the company. In 2021, he received the company’s highest award, in honor of his outstanding performance. He has received many top awards in both individual and departmental categories. He is constantly pursuing the best results in the manufacturing and semiconductor industries. He will keep doing his best to connect Japan’s semiconductor industry to the future.

Professional in systemazation and financial analysis for fast growing companies. She have been involved in career development since Careerbility’s founding, supporting its success.
To date, I have been involved in numerous business restructurings and M&A. I have also been involved in launch of four recruitment firms. For I have represented such companies as a Director and President, I have built strengths in the field of accounting, including organization and financial analysis of rapidly expanding companies. I am passionate about nurturing members who shares philosophy so that we can be a more reassuring presence for our customer. Together with Nagashima and Amemiya, I wish to continue to increase the number of colleagues who will share our vision to support our company and grow together.

After experiencing a bankruptcy at the largest company in the industry, Takaki played a critical role in rebuilding that business. She gained experience as a department manager in various functions such as sales, corporate planning, human resources development, and customer success. Subsequently served as a director at six companies, including human resources, manufacturers, and education companies. She has a wide range of knowledge and experience, especially in financial analysis and human resource development, and has trained more than 3,000 team members throughout her career. She has participated in the launch of Careerability, and now a director.
